To process the request, customers must provide proper proof including:

  • Unboxing video showing the package being opened clearly
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Order details or invoice

The unboxing video must be recorded from the start without any cuts or edits.
Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging such as box, dust bag, or authenticity card must be included
  • Product should not have perfume, makeup stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or tailored clothing
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized products

Once the issue is verified by our team, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
